Our events aim to strengthen the exceptional relationship between France and Australia. Multiculturalism, will always be at the center of our concerns and the proposed topics will address important facts from the past (to protect the collective memory of our community) , present and future.
The promotion of our shared values and our innovative abilities as entrepreneurs and researchers is in our DNA. It is Le Courrier Australien Friends’ mission to make the savoir-faire of France, Europe and Australia known.
The Event Committee will organise a minimum of 4 events per year.

Le Courrier Australien is widely considered to be one of the most well-reputed and respected media platforms and has managed to build up an incredible amount of influence in its more than 100 years of operation. Rather than running a pure journalism and reporting outfit, Le Courrier Australien also runs a separate program that sees it accept contributions from a wide range of community contributors.
These contributors typically represent experts in their field with unique insights and experience on the topic. It is Le courrier Australien Friends’ hope that these contributors can curate and produce content that resonates with Le courrier Australien existing readership, while also potentially helping Le Courrier Australien extend its reach to new audiences.
Our goal is to create a model of participative contribution, sharing of cultures and openness, and to add to this wonderful story that we are writing together with the francophone and Australian community.
A Collector’s Edition.
Le Courrier Australien publishes a bilingual Collector Edition of 240 pages.
Selection of the most emblematic articles, the most striking stories, this book is an object loaded with History, a witness of the relationship between France and Australia through 125 years. The readers will revisit History and the importance of the French-Australian Community through the past century with for example his major role in the resistance during the World War II in the Pacific.
